1. Information We Collect

• Account data: email address, username, password (hashed)
• Activity data: offers completed, transactions, withdrawals
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device info on login (for fraud prevention)
• Wallet data: USDT TRC20 addresses you provide for withdrawals

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and maintain your account
• To process reward credits and withdrawal requests
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• To send account notifications (email verification, withdrawal updates)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Offerwall partners (user ID only, to track offer completions)
• Law enforcement if legally required

4. Data Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. API communication uses HTTPS. We implement rate limiting and IP logging to protect against abuse.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@timepayer.com. Note that transaction records may be retained for fraud prevention purposes.

6. Cookies

Authentication uses a JWT in browser localStorage. Optional first-party acquisition measurement, when enabled and allowed by you, uses two secure first-party cookies lasting up to 30 days: a measurement preference and a random attribution identifier. It is not required to create an account or use TimePayer. We do not add third-party advertising trackers.

After you opt in, we may record your first eligible public page, referrer domain and limited campaign labels, then link that first touch to a successful registration. We also record one registration-form start and one first Offers-page view where permission is available. We do not collect form contents, full external URLs, browsing history or device fingerprints for this measurement, and do not use security IP addresses as marketing identifiers.

Unlinked attribution expires after 30 days. Linked first-touch information and the first Offers-page milestone are retained while the account exists. Growth reports combine this with existing account, login, provider-open, reward and withdrawal records. Declining stops future optional collection in this browser and clears its attribution identifier; it does not automatically erase previously linked information. Contact support for a data-deletion request. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent optional collection.
